On May 24, 2018 within the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum the trilateral agreement on intention of St. Petersburg, the IC ICTAS Insaat Sanayi ve Ticaret A.S company is signed, and Astaldi S.p.A companies, which in Russia represent the Italo-Turkish consortium ICA Construction, to realize effective cooperation for the purpose of determination of the necessary steps for projects implementation aimed at the development of transport, social and tourist infrastructure in the territory of St. Petersburg.
The agreement was signed: Governor of Saint Petersburg Georgy Poltavchenko, president of IC ICTAS Insaat Sanayi ve Ticaret A.S. Fyrat Chechen and CEO of Astaldi S.p.A. Cesare Bernardini.
In particular, the agreement fixes intentions to implement the construction project of the tram line along a route the Krasnoe Selo – Sosnovaya Polyana on the terms of a private concession initiative, construction of transport hubs, creation of objects of port infrastructure - sea and river ports, creation of health care facilities – hospitals and hospital complexes.
The ICA Construction company intends to take all necessary measures for implementation of these projects, priority for St. Petersburg, both with financial, and from technical aspect during the period from 2018 to 2028. The city, in turn, will accompany with the project by means of assistance in the solution of the questions connected to its implementation.

We are very proud that in St. Petersburg we already realized construction projects of the terminal of Pulkovo 1, the Central section of Western High-Speed Diameter, 7 and 8 Sections of the route of M11 are ready to new fulfillments also now."
